Close escrow

 

When everything is ready, you'll be notified that escrow

is ready to close. You will then need to approve the final

escrow instructions which states who gets paid for what

and sign the deed.

 

After buyer and the lender deposit funds, the escrow will

close. Soon you can expect to get a call telling you your

check is ready for pick up. This is when all your hard work

gets paid off!
