There are several things to keep in mind when fill in the agreement:

 

-          Write down the finance terms prepared to purchase the house

 

-          Give a copy of the loan pre-approved letter from bank/loan broker

to seller

 

-          Give a copy of the escrow instruction to seller

 

-          Double-check the agreement for mistakes (property location,

purchase price, down payment amount, etc.)
